REGISTRATION: All information provided by the bidder during the registration process must be current, complete, and accurate. Bidders must be 18 years of age or older. PAYMENT: Winner Bidder will receive an invoice via email after the close of the auction. Full payment to Foreman Auction Service must be made within 24 hours of the close of the Auction. Payment for purchase must be made by Visa, MasterCard, or Discover unless otherwise noted in the specific auction’s terms and conditions. Any item or lot not paid for in full by the stated deadline will resort to suspension or a permanent ban. Ownership of your items will revert to the Owner/Seller who may re-sell or dispose of items at the Seller’s discretion. SUSPENSION/PERMANENT BAN: A Bidder will be suspended or permanently banned from the site for failing to honor an auction bid made under the Bidder’s bid number. SALES TAX: All Sales are subject to appropriate state Sales tax laws. Suppose Bidder claims an exemption from sales tax. In that case, it is the Bidder’s responsibility to provide the appropriate resale or exemption certificate for each auction in which the Bidder makes a purchase. ITEMS DESCRIPTIONS: The description of items or lots appearing in the auction and in advertising is believed to be correct. Nevertheless, neither those descriptions nor any oral statements made by Owner/Seller, or Foreman Auction Service are construed as a warranty either express or implied. ITEMS AND LOTS ARE SOLD AS IS – WHERE IS AND WITH ALL FAULTS. ALL AUCTIONS WITH RESERVE: All auctions of Foreman Auction Service are with reserve. “with reserve” is one in which the seller or his agent reserves the right to establish a minimum bid, accept or reject any and all bids, and withdraw the property at any time prior to the completion of the sale by the auctioneer. (NO SHIPPING, PICK-UP IN PERSON ) Any Item or items not picked up within 10 days will be considered abandoned and ownership will revert to the seller. DISPUTE BETWEEN BIDDERS: The final high bidder shall be designated at the end of each item or lot. If a dispute arises between two or more Bidders, Foreman Auction Service reserves the right to reopen the bidding for an additional 5 minutes or the next highest bid.
